Strawberry Jam Recipes

Ingredients :

1kg strawberries, quartered

1.1kg sugar

80ml water

125ml fresh lemon juice

60ml Grand Marnier

Method :

Combine strawberries, sugar, the water and juice in large saucepan; stir over heat, without boiling, until sugar dissolves. Boil, uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 20 minutes or until jam jells when tested. Stir in liqueur. Pour hot jam into hot sterilized jars; seal while hot.

Makes about 1 liters
