Sugar Free Pear and Blueberry Jam Recipes

Ingredients :

500g blueberries

2 small pears, peeled, chopped coarsely

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tsp white vinegar

2 tsp liquid sweetener

2 tbsp Jamsetta

1/2 tsp tartaric acid

Method :

Combine blueberries, pear, juice and vinegar in large saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, about 25 minutes or until fruit is soft. Stir in remaining ingredients; boil, uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes or until jam when tested. Pour hot jam into hot sterilized jars; seal while hot.

Makes about 375ml
