Dissolve
gelatine powder in water, set aside. Mix sugar, green tea powder and
cornflour. Warm 2/3 cup fresh milk, pour into the green tea mixture
placed in a small pot. Cook over low heat, stirring all the time. Add
the gelatine solution. Stir well and remove from heat. Add the remaining
1 cup of fresh milk. Stir well and pour into a tray.
Chill in
refrigerator until firmly set. Take out from refrigerator, use star
shape mould to get green tea jelly star. Serve
immediately with fruit or cream.
