strawberries, chopped strawberries and orange rind, to decorate
Method :
Place the
grape juice in a pan with the cinnamon. Thinly pare the rind from the
orange and add to the pan. Infuse over a very low heat for 10 minutes,
then remove the flavorings. Squeeze the juice from the orange and
sprinkle over the gelatine. Stir into the grape juice to dissolve. Allow
to cool until just beginning to set. Stir in the strawberries and
quickly tip into a 1 liter or 4 cup mould or serving dish. Chill until
set. To turn out, dip the mould quickly into hot water and invert on to
a serving plate. Decorate with fresh strawberries and shreds of orange
rind.
Raspberries
could be used in place of all or just some of the strawberries in this
jelly. If the raspberries are frozen, stir them into the jelly while it
is still warm, otherwise it will set immediately.
