Ingredients :
1 cup
3 to 4
1 tablespoon
milk
yogurt (plain or fruit flavored)
berries (fresh or frozen) or 2 ripe bananas
ice cubes
sugar (optional)
Place milk, yogurt, berries, and ice cubes in a blender.
Whiz until smooth, taste, and add sugar if desired.
Makes 2 shakes
