Ingredients :

milk
yogurt (plain or fruit flavored)
berries (fresh or frozen) or 2 ripe bananas
ice cubes
sugar (optional)
Method :
Place milk, yogurt, berries, and ice cubes in a blender. Whiz until smooth, taste, and add sugar if desired.
