Peach and Rock Melon Juice Drink Recipes

1. Place the roughly cut flesh of half a rock melon, peeled and sliced ripe peaches, 600ml fresh orange juice and 12 ice cubes in an electric blender and blend in two batches until smooth.

2. Transfer the juice to a large jug, add 1 tbsp lime juice and stir well.

3. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
