Combine 300g fresh or frozen raspberries and 1.25 cup (310g) sugar in a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain through a sieve into a large bowl and add 1.5 cups (375ml) lemon juice and mix well.
Pour into a large jug and add 1.5 liters water.
Refrigerate until nicely chilled.
To serve, pour over ice cubes.
