Method :

Peel and seed a large watermelon to
give 2kg flesh and place in a bowl.

Add 250g hulled strawberries and 2 tsp
caster sugar.

Blend in batches in a blender or food
processor until smooth, then pour into a shallow metal tray.

Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for
2-3 hours, or until the mixture begins to freeze.

Remove from the freezer and return to
the blender.

Whiz quickly to break up the ice, pour
into a jug and serve immediately.
