Slice off the surface of the sponge
cake. Then slice the cake horizontally into 3 layers. Rinse the
strawberries and remove the stalks. Use rabbit shape mould to press out
cake layers. Take one layer, spread on cream cheese, then strawberries.
Spread another layer of cream cheese. Put a cake layer on it and spread
on top a thin flat layer of cream cheese. Use jam to dot the eyes and
mouth of the rabbit. Repeat the same procedure using the remaining cake
layers. Serve immediately.
