Method :

In small saucepan, combine
marshmallows, 1/2 cup water, and coffee powder.

Cook and stir over medium heat till
marshmallows are melted.

Chill till partially set; fold in
whipped cream. (If mixture thins, chill about 20 minutes or till
partially set again).

In parfait glasses, alternate layers
of coffee mixture and wafer crumbs, beginning and ending with coffee
mixture.
Serves 2
