Slice beef into very thin strips. Place in a bowl with
Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Leave to stand for 10 minutes. In a frying pan, heat the oil
until smoking hot. Add the beef and stir fry, lifting
and turning continually, for 3 minutes. Add the onion and mushrooms and
stir fry, lifting and turning continually, for a further 2 minutes. Add the wine and stir mixture for
1-2 minutes.
In a cup, stir the cornflour and
water together to make a smooth paste. Add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring
continually, until the mixture thickens. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered,
for 2 minutes. Fill and roll up the crêpes or
pancakes. Place the filled crêpes or
pancakes, side by side in the baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven for 10
minutes. Serve hot with a topping of plain
yoghurt and a sprinkling of chopped parsley.
