Brandy and Lemon Sparkler Recipes

Ingredients :

juice of 15 lemons

juice of 4 oranges

625g / 1.25 lb caster sugar

ice cubes (optional)

300ml / 1/2 pint Curacao

2 measures grenadine

2.5 liters / 4 pints brandy

2.5 liters / 4 pints sparkling mineral water

To decorate:

lemon slices

orange slices

Pour the lemon and orange juices into a jug. Add the caster sugar and stir until dissolved. To serve, put the ice cubes, if using, into a punch bowl. Add the lemon and orange juice mixture and the remaining ingredients. Stir well. Decorate with lemon and orange slices.
