Claret Punch Recipes

Ingredients :

250g / 8 oz caster sugar

5 bottles claret

2.4 liters / 4 pints sparkling mineral water

300ml / 1/2 pint lemon juice

2 measures Curacao

ice

seasonal fruits, to decorate

Method :

Place all the ingredients in a large punch bowl containing plenty of ice. Stir gently until the sugar has dissolved. Decorate with slices of fresh fruits in season. Keep the punch bowl packed with ice.
