Grape Punch Recipes

Ingredients :

600ml / 1 pint sparkling apple juice

600ml / 1 pint grape juice

600ml / 1 pint ginger ale

4 tbsp lime juice cordial

4 tbsp clear honey

Tea liquor:

25g / 1 oz Indian tea leaves

600ml / 1 pint cold water

To decorate:

ice cubes (optional)

12 lemon slices

seedless grapes

Method :

First make the tea liquor. Put the tea leaves into a jug and pour over the cold water. Cover and leave to stand overnight. Strain 450ml / 3/4 pint of the tea liquor into a large bowl, add the remaining ingredients and stir well.

To serve, pour the punch into individual glasses, add the ice cubes, if liked, and decorate with lemon slices and seedless grapes.
