endive leaves
poppy seed rolls, buttered
feta cheese, sliced
avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced
tomatoes, sliced
thousand island dressing
snipped chives
Place one endive leaf on the bottom of each roll.
Top with feta, avocado, tomatoes and thousand island dressing.
Sprinkle with snipped chives.
Top with other half of the roll.
