Sliced Duck, Bacon and Mushroom Open Sandwich Recipes

butter
medium mushrooms, sliced
French mustard
orange marmalade
soy sauce
slice rye bread
rashers crisp cooked bacon
meat from half a roast duck, sliced |
Method :

Heat the butter in a frying pan over
moderate heat, add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, stirring
occasionally.

Remove with a slotted spoon.

Combine mustard, marmalade and soy
sauce.

Spread bread with this mixture.

Top with duck, mushrooms and bacon
strips.
Makes 1 sandwich
