Chive and Garlic Dip Snack Recipes

low fat
plain yoghurt, chilled
cloves
garlic, chilled
chopped
crushed
salt to
taste
pinch
cayenne pepper |
Method :

Beat the yoghurt, then beat in the
garlic, salt and most of the chives.

Season with a little cayenne pepper
and turn into a serving bowl.

Garnish with a little cayenne and
the remaining chives.

Serve chilled.
