Method :

Heat the oven to 190oC
(375oF), Gas 5.

Grease a baking dish.

Cut the tomatoes in halves
crossways and scoop out most of the flesh, leaving firm 'walls'.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the
onion and garlic over moderate heat for about 3 minutes, stirring
once or twice.

Remove from the heat and stir in
the tomato flesh, bread crumbs, bran, tuna, anchovies and parsley.

Finely chop 9 of the olives, add to
the pan and season with pepper.

Pack into the tomato halves and
place in the baking dish.

Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until
the top is crisp and brown.

Chop the remaining olives and
scatter on top to garnish.
Serving suggestions :
Serve hot with whole meal rolls.
