Ingredients :
pastry of you choice
tasty cheese
1 egg
poppy seed
Roll out the pastry on a sheet of floured greaseproof paper and cut into 5cm, 2" squares.
Dice the cheese and place a piece on each square.
Use a pastry brush to moisten all around the edges with beaten egg and fold two edges together over the cheese.
Lightly flatten the ends and glaze the tops with egg.
Sprinkle with poppy seeds and bake.
