Yoghurt Curd Dip Recipes

Ingredients :

low fat cottage cheese, sieved

low fat plain yoghurt, chilled

small onion, grated or finely minced

lemon juice

tomato purée

salt and ground black pepper

Method :
  1. Beat together the cottage cheese and yoghurt.

  2. Beat in the onion and lemon juice, then the salt, pepper and tomato purée.

  3. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

  4. Serve chilled.

Makes 425 ml
