Steam the
winter squash until it is just tender. Wash the kale, remove the stems,
and tear or cut the leaves into small pieces. Heat the oil in a large
nonstick skillet and saute the onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add the
kale and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 5 minutes. Add
the cooked winter squash, sesame seeds, and the soy sauce, and stir
gently for 3-4 minutes.
A terrific
dish for all seasons. It also contains some powerful antioxidants.
