Almond Fruit Salad Recipes

Ingredients : |

4 dessert apples, cored
4 peaches, skinned and stoned
125g strawberries
4 slices of pineapple
125g lychees, skinned and stoned
Almond syrup:
2 tbsp ground almonds
450ml water
1 tbsp cornflour, blended with 2 tbsp
water
3 tbsp sugar |
Method :

First make the syrup, put the almonds,
water, blended cornflour and sugar in a pan and mix well.

Gradually bring to the boil, stir,
simmer for 10 minutes, stir constantly.

Remove from the heat and leave to
cool, stir to prevent a skin forming.

Slice the apples, peaches and
strawberries; cut the pineapple into cubes.

Put all the fruit in a bowl and mix
well.

Spoon over the almond syrup and chill
before serving.
