1/2 cup chocolate-coated coffee beans or
nuts, finely chopped
Method :
Put half the
ice cubes in a suitable food processor or blender and process until
finely crushed. Repeat with remaining ice cubes.
Spoon crushed
ice into serving bowls or cups and add 1/4 cup coffee to each. Top with
whipped cream, then sprinkle with chocolate-coated chopped beans or nuts.
