Honey Peach Crisp Recipes

Ingredients :

6 peaches, peeled and sliced

1/2 cup broken walnuts

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/3 cup liquid honey

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup rolled oats

3/4 tsp cinnamon

1/3 cup soft butter

cream or ice cream

Method :

Heat oven to 375F (190C). Butter an 8-cup (2 liter) casserole. Put peaches in prepared casserole. Sprinkle with walnuts. Combine lemon juice and honey and pour over. Blend flour, rolled oats, cinnamon and butter until crumbly. Spread over peaches. Bake 30-35 minutes or until peaches are tender and topping is browned. Serve warm with cream or ice cream.
