Peaches Brulee Recipes

Ingredients : |
6 peaches, skinned
2 tbsp Cointreau
300ml double cream, whipped
125g soft brown sugar |
Method :

Halve the peaches, discard the stones
and place the peach halves cut sides up in a shallow ovenproof dish.

Pour over the Cointreau.

Spread the cream over the peaches to
cover them completely and sprinkle with the sugar.

Place under a preheated hot grill for
3 minutes or until the sugar has caramelized.

Cool, chill before serving.
