Peaches Brulee Recipes

Ingredients :

6 peaches, skinned

2 tbsp Cointreau

300ml double cream, whipped

125g soft brown sugar

Method :
  1. Halve the peaches, discard the stones and place the peach halves cut sides up in a shallow ovenproof dish.

  2. Pour over the Cointreau.

  3. Spread the cream over the peaches to cover them completely and sprinkle with the sugar.

  4. Place under a preheated hot grill for 3 minutes or until the sugar has caramelized.

  5. Cool, chill before serving.
