Hot Chocolate Recipe

Finely chop 100g (6.5 oz) dark chocolate and place in a medium pan. Add 1/4 cup (60ml / 2 fl oz) hot water, and stir over low heat until the chocolate has melted. Gradually add 1.5 cups (375ml / 12 fl oz) milk and 1/2 cup (125ml / 4 fl oz) cream, whisk until smooth and slightly frothy, without boiling. Pour into 2 mugs and float a couple of marshmallows on top.
