Good Start of The Day Drink Recipes

Method :
  1. Place 2 roughly chopped ripe bananas, and the sliced flesh of a large fresh mango in a blender.

  2. Add 2 cups (500ml) chilled skim milk and 2 cups (500ml) orange juice or pink grapefruit juice.

  3. Blend until smooth, then pour into a large jug and refrigerate until cold.

  4. This is a great energy booster

Serves 4-6
