Greek Honey Pie Recipes

Ingredients :

wholegrain pastry

250g cream or cottage cheese

125g creamed honey

60g raw sugar

3 eggs


Method :
  1. Line one large 25cm, 10" or two small pie plates with pastry and make the filling by whisking all ingredients except the cinnamon together in a food mixer.
  2. When thick and runny pour into the uncooked shells and sprinkle cinnamon over.
  3. Bake 30 minutes and serve by itself, with custard or cream.

Oven 350F

Serves 4 - 6
