Soak dried snow fungi for 1 hour. Wash and parboil for a while. Remove and drain. Wash sweet and bitter almonds. Puree half of almonds in 1 cup of
water with a mixer. Set aside. Bring 4 cups of water to the boil. Put in dried snow fungi, almond puree
and the remaining almonds. Bring to the boil over high heat. Then turn on medium heat and cook for
1 hour. Add sugar. Cook until it dissolved. Stir in milk. Serve when it boils.
