Cheese Toasts Recipes

Ingredients :

50 g

2 x 4 cm

Edam cheese, grated

in thick slices whole meal bread cut from a large loaf

Method :

Cut the bread into cubes, spread on a grill rack and grill, turning over once or twice, until evenly toasted. Cover completely with the cheese and grill until the cheese melts and bubbles. Break up into cubes again and serve very hot, sprinkled on soup or handed round separately.

Per Serving : 4 g fat, 3 g fiber.
