Ingredients :
1 large banana (thinly sliced)
30g sago (washed)
300ml coconut milk
250ml water
a pinch of salt
100g castor sugar
Method :
Boil coconut milk, water, salt and sugar. When mixture is boiling, add sago. Cook till sago becomes transparent. Add sliced banana and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.
