20gm
10gm
pisang berangan or pisang emas (banana), mashed
wheat flour
fine brown sugar
sugar
rice flour
custard flour
desiccated coconut
Method :
Combine wheat flour, rice flour and all the ingredients in a bowl. Add water and mashed banana. Mix well. Heat 1 liter oil in a wok over medium fire and fry heaped teaspoon full of the mixture until golden brown.
