Morning Malter Recipe

Garnish :

fiber
grapefruit, segmented
oranges, segmented
bananas, sliced
dates, chopped
low fat plain yoghurt
banana
rolled oats |
Method :

Put the milk powder, yoghurt, bran and nutmeg into a blender and mix until well blended.

Stir in the chopped walnuts and divide between 4 glasses or mugs.

Decorate with slices of banana and rolled oats.
Serves 4
Per serving : 4 g fat, 5 g fiber
