Almond Coconut Delight Recipes

Ingredients :

B Mix well together

butter

icing sugar

egg yolk

coconut powder

ground almond

Kellogg's Corn Flakes (finely ground)

all purpose flour

corn flour

milk powder

cocoa powder

1. Cream ingredients A till light and smooth.

2. Mix in B to form a smooth dough

3. Divide smooth dough into 2 portions

4. Leave one portion plain and add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to the other portion

5. Shape dough into rod shape and wrap up dough with greaseproof paper

6. Chill dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes

7. Cut chilled dough into 4mm in thickness

8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes or till golden brown
