chocolate powder
water
sugar
butter
flour
eggs
baking powder
baking soda
peppermint essence
Mix chocolate powder and peppermint essence with water and leave aside.
Cream sugar and butter in a mixer.
Gradually pour in eggs.
Sieve flour together with baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
Add the flour mixture and chocolate mixture slowly to the batter.
Pour batter into greased 8-inch mould and bake at 180oC for 40 minutes
Decorate with fresh strawberries and chocolate coating.
