Chocolate Mint Delight Recipes

sugar

butter

flour

eggs

baking powder

baking soda

peppermint essence

1. Mix chocolate powder and peppermint essence with water and leave aside.

2. Cream sugar and butter in a mixer.

3. Gradually pour in eggs.

4. Sieve flour together with baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.

5. Add the flour mixture and chocolate mixture slowly to the batter.

6. Pour batter into greased 8-inch mould and bake at 180^oC for 40 minutes

7. Decorate with fresh strawberries and chocolate coating.
