Ingredients :
4 tablespoons
1.5 tablespoons
1 cup
1.25 cup
0.50 cup
1.50 cup
corn flour
gelatine
sugar
coconut juice
fresh milk
water
Dissolve corn flour in 0.5 cup of water.
Cook together gelatine and sugar in boiling water until sugar has dissolved.
Pour in corn flour solution when gelatine has just dissolved.
Bring to the boil over low heat.
Keep stirring while cooking.
Remove from the heat.
Add coconut juice and milk to cooking liquid.
Then pour in a moistened cake tray.
Chill until set.
Ready to serve.
