self-raising flour
bicarbonate of soda
baking powder
caster sugar
vegetable oil
grated pumpkin
chopped prunes
eggs, lightly beaten

Method :

Sift the flours, bicarbonate of soda
and baking powder together in a large mixing bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients and
stir to combine.

Pour into lightly greased cake pan and
bake at 175C for 45 minutes to an hour.
Serves 10
