Ingredients :
1/2 cup
1 cup
3 oz
1/4 cup
2 cups
corn flour
coconut juice
sugar
yellow split pea
fresh milk
water
Wash yellow split pea.
Cook in water for 20 minutes.
Remove and drain well.
Work 1/2 cup of water into corn flour and sugar.
Mix to batter consistency.
Stir in the remaining water and cook over low heat for 4 minutes.
Keep stirring slowly.
Add milk, coconut juice and yellow split pea to cooking mixture.
Keep on stirring before it boils.
Pour the batter into a moistened cake tray.
Put into the refrigerator to chill.
Ready to serve.
