Method :

Chop bananas and pears.

Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Place the fruit in a blender with
ricotta cheese and yoghurt.

Blend till smooth and creamy.

Serve the Whip on the day of
preparation.

Spoon into individual bowls and chill
for 1 hour.

Before serving, dust with nutmeg and
decorate with sliced fresh banana, sprinkled with lemon juice.
To vary - Swap banana for a large, ripe
mango.
