Sift flour, H.P. flour and custard
powder.

Mix in cane sugar.

Blend together with 3 eggs and 1/2 can
evaporated milk.

Then gradually add in the remaining
eggs.

Mix well into batter consistency.

Dissolve baking powder in some
evaporated milk.

Add the remaining evaporated milk to
batter consistency.

Stir in baking powder solution.

Mix thoroughly and leave to ferment
for 2 hours.

Place pure white sulphite paper at
bottom of steaming basket and brush onto oil.

Pour in prepared mixture.

Sprinkle with olive seeds.
-
Steam for 30 minutes over high heat.

Ready to server.
