Fresh Ginseng Sweet Soup with Red Dates and Eggs Recipes

Ingredients :

113 g fresh ginseng

8 red dates

4 eggs

75g rock sugar

6 cups or suitable amount of water

Method :

  1. Wash ginseng and slice. Wash red dates and remove pits. Cook eggs over low heat and remove shells.

  2. Pour 6 cups or suitable amount of water into a pot. Add ginseng and red dates. Cook for 30 minutes. Then add eggs. Turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes. Add rock sugar and cook until it dissolves. Serve.

Serves 2 - 4
