Glutinous Rice Balls with Sesame Paste Recipes

Ingredients :

2 teaspoons

3/4 cup

sesame paste

glutinous rice flour

Tang flour

oil

water

Method :

Knead sesame paste into small dices. Set aside. Mix glutinous rice flour, Tang flour and water to batter consistency. Knead into a dough and remove to the steaming basket. Steam for 30 minutes. Cool and blend in oil. Cut into small dices. Press dough dices and wrap with sesame paste dices. Sprinkle with flaked coconut before serving.
