red dates

quail eggs

bean curd sheet

brown sugar

tangerine peel

water

Method :
  1. Wash and remove pits from red dates.

  2. Poach and shell quail eggs

  3. Soak bean curd sheet until soft and tear into small pieces.

  4. Soak and clean dried tangerine peel.

  5. Bring water to the boil.

  6. Put in red dates, bean curd sheet and dried tangerine peel.

  7. Cook for 30 minutes.

  8. Add sugar and cook until it dissolved.

  9. Put in quail eggs.

  10. Serve.
