Steamed Rice Flour with Adzuki Bean Recipes

Ingredients :

3 oz

5 oz

8 oz

adzuki beans

sugar

rice flour

water

Method :
  1. Soak adzuki beans for 1 hour, water should be sufficient enough to cover the content.

  2. Steam for 1 hour over high heat until adzuki beans are tender.

  3. Blend rice flour with water to batter consistency.

  4. Add sugar, cook over low heat until it has dissolved.

  5. Mix in adzuki beans.

  6. Pour batter in greased small bowl.

  7. Steam for 15 minutes over high heat.

  8. Ready to serve.
