dried lily bulb

lotus seeds

dried longan

medlar

eggs

rock sugar

dried tangerine peel

water

Method :

Wash and set aside dried lily bulb. Soak and wash dried longan, dish up. Soak lotus seeds for 1 hour, cook until tender and dish up.

Wash medlar. Poach and shell eggs. Remove yolks and cut the whites into cubes. Work water into rock sugar and bring to the boil.

Soak and clean dried tangerine peel. Remove all ingredients in stewing pot. Stew for 2 hours over high heat. Ready to serve.
