Cranberry Sauce Recipes

Ingredients :

1 orange

225g cranberries

225g generous 1 cup sugar

Method :
  1. Pare the rind thinly from the orange, taking care not to remove any white pith.
  2. Squeeze the juice.
  3. Place the rind and juice in a saucepan with the cranberries, sugar and 150ml water.
  4. Bring to the boil, stirring, then simmer for 15 minutes or until the berries burst.
  5. Remove the rind and cool the sauce before serving.

Serves 4 - 6
