Crisp Lavash Bread Recipes

Ingredients :

1-2 tbsp

lavash bread

sea salt flakes

olive oil

Method :

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F/ Gas 4). Lightly brush the bread with olive oil and sprinkle with the sea salt flakes. Cut each piece into six strips, then each strip into four rectangles. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crisp and lightly browned.

Makes 72

Either serve these with ready-made dip, or with the Quick caviar dip
