Quick Caviar Dip Recipes

Ingredients :

100g

250g

2 tbsp

2 tbsp

red caviar

cream cheese, softened

light olive oil

lemon juice

Method :

Place the caviar, cream cheese, olive oil and lemon juice in a food processor or blender and process until they are smooth. Chill the dip until you are ready to use, but allow to return to room temperature before serving.

Makes 1.25 cups

You can either serve the caviar dip with bought crackers, or make your own crisp lavash bread or puff-pastry twists.
