Rich Orange Sauce Recipes

Ingredients :

1/2 cup soft butter

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup orange juice

1 egg, well beaten

grated rind of 1 orange

Method :

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over moderate heat just until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
