Ingredients :

cooking apples, peeled and cored
clear honey, melted
low fat cottage, cheese, sieved
thick dried apricot puree
chopped hazelnuts
whole meal toast, to serve
Cut each apple across into 4 rings.
Cover the grill pan with foil.
Brush one side of the apple slices with honey and grill until bubbling.
Mix together the sieved cheese and apricot puree.
Turn the apple slices, spread with the cheese mixture and grill.
Reassemble the apples, sprinkle the tops with nuts and grill for 1 minute.
Serve with toast.
